Shaunika Hajdasz
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Shaunika's work has always started with students. She has supported students and families across multiple school systems, served as a substitute teacher in Georgia schools, worked with after-school programs and provided wellness, creative and administrative support inside school buildings.
Being in that many roles taught her something simple: a school rarely needs help in only one place. One week the need is in the health room, the next it is tutoring, an athletic program or an event that needs another dependable adult. That belief is why she helped create Hajdasz Student Support Services.
She is a certified youth coach with experience in basketball and golf, including basketball programming with LSA and golf activities through youth-focused programs, and she has supported students pursuing the Eagle Scout rank through the Boy Scouts. She also works with Cobb Mentors Matter, supporting its commitment to connecting young people with positive mentors, guidance and opportunity.
Shaunika holds a Bachelor of Science from Clark Atlanta University and an Associate of Arts from Atlanta Technical College. Her healthcare training includes certifications in Certified Nursing Assistance (CNA), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Phlebotomy, Electrocardiogram (EKG) and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA).
