About HSSS

Supporting Students Beyond a Single Department

Hajdasz Student Support Services (HSSS) is a Metro Atlanta school support company built to help schools fill real service gaps with dependable, student-centered help — delivered through SchoolSource360, our comprehensive school-support service platform.

Our story

Hajdasz Student Support Services was created from a simple understanding: schools often have important student needs that do not fit neatly inside one department.

A student's ability to succeed may be affected by health, confidence, academic challenges, limited enrichment opportunities or a lack of consistent support. HSSS was developed to help schools address those gaps through flexible, relationship-centered services.

Our goal is to work alongside educators—not replace them. We help school teams carry out their vision by providing dependable assistance where it is needed most.

SchoolSource360 is HSSS's comprehensive approach to supporting schools across health, academics, athletics, creative services, operations and community engagement. Hajdasz Student Support Services is the organization schools partner with; SchoolSource360 is how our services come together in one place.

Schools should not need five different vendors when they need support in five different areas. HSSS helps schools access flexible support for the whole student and the whole school through one trusted relationship.

Healthy students. Supported educators. Stronger schools. Thriving communities.

Leadership

Hajdasz Student Support Services was founded and is led by two people who have spent years working directly with students, families, coaches and schools.
Shaunika Hajdasz, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hajdasz Student Support Services

Shaunika Hajdasz

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Shaunika's work has always started with students. She has supported students and families across multiple school systems, served as a substitute teacher in Georgia schools, worked with after-school programs and provided wellness, creative and administrative support inside school buildings.

Being in that many roles taught her something simple: a school rarely needs help in only one place. One week the need is in the health room, the next it is tutoring, an athletic program or an event that needs another dependable adult. That belief is why she helped create Hajdasz Student Support Services.

She is a certified youth coach with experience in basketball and golf, including basketball programming with LSA and golf activities through youth-focused programs, and she has supported students pursuing the Eagle Scout rank through the Boy Scouts. She also works with Cobb Mentors Matter, supporting its commitment to connecting young people with positive mentors, guidance and opportunity.

Shaunika holds a Bachelor of Science from Clark Atlanta University and an Associate of Arts from Atlanta Technical College. Her healthcare training includes certifications in Certified Nursing Assistance (CNA), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Phlebotomy, Electrocardiogram (EKG) and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA).

Karl Hajdasz-West II

Co-Founder & Chief Engagement Officer

Karl attended Stillman College and Chattahoochee Technical College and brings approximately 17 years of coaching and mentoring experience with young people.

His own experience being adopted shaped his compassion for students and his belief in the importance of mentorship, guidance, opportunity and having dependable adults in a child's life.

At HSSS, Karl focuses on student engagement, mentoring, athletics, community relationships and helping build programs that genuinely connect with students.

A professional photograph of Karl will be added here.

Service duties always depend on individual staff qualifications, school policies, applicable requirements and the written scope of the service agreement.

Our beginning

Why We Started HSSS

HSSS grew out of firsthand experience working with students, families, coaches, educators and schools — time spent in health rooms, classrooms, gyms and community events, listening to what school teams were carrying.

We saw that schools often needed help in more than one place. Sometimes it was the health room. Sometimes it was the classroom. Sometimes it was athletics, mentoring, an event or simply having another dependable adult available for students. HSSS was created to help fill those gaps.

Supporting the Whole Student. Strengthening the Whole School.
